Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Solo has no time limit and needs no card. It covers one staff member, up to 5 services and unlimited bookings.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account gets 7 days of Team with no card. If you do not upgrade, the account moves to the free Solo plan. Your bookings and customers are kept.
Do you charge per booking?
No. There is no commission and no per-booking fee. If you take online payments, your own gateway charges its usual transaction fee and the money settles directly to you.
How do I pay for the Team plan?
In ringgit, monthly at RM49 or yearly at RM490, which works out to two months free. You can cancel any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Settings when you need more, and move back to the free plan whenever you like.
