Online booking built around how Malaysians book and pay

Most booking software is designed for another market and priced in another currency. JustBook is built here: customers arrive from WhatsApp, pay by FPX or e-wallet, and you pay for your subscription in ringgit.

Where imported booking tools fall short

  • Card-only payments

Many Malaysian customers prefer FPX online banking or an e-wallet. A checkout that only accepts cards loses them at the last step.

  • Priced in US dollars

A subscription that moves with the exchange rate, billed to a credit card, is awkward for a small business to budget and to claim.

  • Built around email, not WhatsApp

Your customers live in WhatsApp. A tool that ignores it adds a channel instead of fitting the one you already use.

Local by design

Small details that matter when your customers and your bank are in Malaysia.

FPX, cards and e-wallets

Connect your own ToyyibPay, senangPay or Stripe account on the Team plan. Money goes straight to you; JustBook never holds it and takes no cut per booking.

Share and remind on WhatsApp

Share your booking link to WhatsApp in one tap, and send a customer a WhatsApp reminder from their booking with the message already written.

Malaysian phone numbers understood

A customer who types 012-345 6789 and later +6012 345 6789 is recognised as the same person, so your customer list stays clean.

Ringgit pricing, local time

Plans are priced in RM, and every time on your page and in your emails is shown in Malaysian time.

A typical Malaysian booking journey

  1. Customer taps your link in WhatsApp

The preview shows your business name. The page loads fast on mobile data and needs no login.

  2. Books, and pays if you ask for it

Choose pay at the venue, pay online, or let the customer decide. Online payments are confirmed automatically.

  3. Shows the QR code on arrival

Each confirmation has a booking number and QR code. Scan it with your phone to check the customer in.

Example: a car detailing studio in Johor Bahru

Weekend slots were being held by people who never showed up. The owner switched weekend services to pay online through ToyyibPay and kept weekdays as pay at the venue.

Customers pay by FPX when they book, the booking marks itself paid, and the no-show problem on Saturdays went away without a single awkward conversation about deposits.
