Questions people ask
Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are added from the dashboard in a couple of taps and share the calendar with online bookings. Many shops also block a few slots per barber so there is always room.
Can customers choose a specific barber?
Yes. They can pick a barber by name or choose any available barber to get the earliest time.
I work alone. Is the free plan enough?
Yes. The Solo plan covers one barber with up to five services and unlimited bookings, at no cost.
What about customers who book and do not turn up?
No-shows are recorded on the customer's profile so you can spot repeat offenders. On the Team plan you can also require payment online at booking, which removes most no-shows.
