For consultants, coaches and freelancers

A booking system for people who sell their time

If you bill by the hour, every email spent finding a time is unpaid work. JustBook gives clients a page with your real availability, takes payment before the session if you want it to, and keeps your deep-work hours off the table.

The hidden costs of booking by email

  • Five emails to find one hour

"Does Tuesday work?" "Morning or afternoon?" By the time you agree, you have spent twenty minutes on a sixty-minute session.

  • Free discovery calls that nobody attends

Without any commitment, a share of introductory calls simply do not happen, and the slot is gone.

  • A calendar with no protected time

When clients can ask for any hour, your focused work gets pushed into evenings and weekends.

How JustBook works for independent professionals

You decide when you are bookable and what each session costs. Clients do the rest.

Bookable hours you control

Offer Tuesday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm. Everything else stays yours. Block out a week for a project with two taps.

Paid and free session types

List a free 20-minute introduction beside a paid 90-minute strategy session. On the Team plan, paid sessions can require payment online at booking.

Notice periods and buffers

Require 24 hours' notice so nobody books you for this afternoon, and add a buffer between calls so you can write up notes.

Embed it on your website

Put the booking form on your own site as an inline widget, a popup or a floating button, with one line of code (Team plan).

How a client books you

  1. They click "Book a session"

From your website, LinkedIn profile or email signature.

  2. They choose a session and a time

Only hours you opened are shown. They tell you what they want to cover in the note.

  3. Both calendars are updated

The confirmation includes a calendar file for Google, Apple or Outlook, so the session lands in their diary as well as yours.

Example: an HR consultant in Kuala Lumpur

She advises SMEs on employment contracts and was losing paid hours to scheduling emails. She created a free 20-minute introduction and a paid 90-minute advisory session, opened three days a week, and embedded the form on her website.

Prospects book themselves, the note tells her the company size and the issue before the call, and paid sessions arrive already settled by FPX.

Small things that add up

  • Free plan for a single professional with up to five session types
  • Client history and private notes per person
  • Clients reschedule themselves inside your notice period
  • Works for lawyers, accountants, tutors, photographers and therapists alike
  • No JustBook badge and your own brand colour on the Team plan

Questions people ask

Can clients pay when they book?

Yes, on the Team plan, through your own ToyyibPay, senangPay or Stripe account. The booking is marked paid automatically when the payment clears.

Does JustBook create a Zoom or Google Meet link?

No. It does not create video meeting links. Most consultants put their standing meeting link in the service description so every client sees it.

Does it sync with my Google Calendar?

Not as a two-way sync. Every confirmation includes a calendar file you can add to Google, Apple or Outlook, and you block personal time in JustBook with the Block time button.

Can I offer sessions of different lengths and prices?

Yes. Each session type has its own duration, price and description.
